Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return if needed. Your item must meet certain criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • It should have all tags intact and be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please utilize our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Upon acceptance of your return request, detailed instructions will be provided regarding where and how to send your package. Please be advised that returns must prior authorization to be accepted.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

For orders covered by our Green Shipping Protection during checkout, you can request a replacement if your package was lost, stolen, or damaged. To begin the replacement process, please visit https://resolve.seel.com/ or contact us at 17support@seel.com. Ensure you have your order number and the email address used for the order handy. Once the necessary details are provided and your request is completed, you will receive confirmation of the reorder.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your merchandise is destined for the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any justification. The item must meet the same return conditions as outlined earlier.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
