Processing and Handling

We endeavor to process most orders within 1-2 days. However, please allow 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of your order confirmation email for processing. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We provide free standard international shipping to various countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide. Shipping typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks, although import and customs delays may occur, extending the shipping duration beyond this estimate.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching your destination country. These charges, if applicable, are your responsibility as the customer and are not covered by Sage & Sill.

Order Status

You can track the status of your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking page. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Upon receipt, we will refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

For orders covered by our Green Shipping Protection during checkout, you can request a replacement if your package was lost, stolen, or damaged. Once the necessary details are provided and your request is completed, you will receive confirmation of the reorder.
