Once we accept your return request and the process is initiated, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Fleurlovin does not offer additional credits or rewards for returned items.
The product should be damaged, defective or wrong. The customer should notify the assigned courier company within 3 days of delivery in case of a damaged product. For other concerns, the return window is open for 30 days.
